Do you know what is IT? or have you heard about it? 

Okay let me explain. Nowadays IT is everywhere. It is important for business to do innovation and by understanding IT provides great insight to anyone learning about business. IT is use to manage and process the information. There is different between technology and information technology. Technology is more to gadget such as computer, laptop, handphone and etc. Meanwhile Information technology is a field concerned with the use of technology in managing and processing the information.

• Information-Sharing Culture - Employees across departments trust each other to use information. This will help to improve the organization in term of performance.
