Midsem ohh midsem ...
Rasa mcm kejap je cuti midsem ni. Padahal 11 hari kot weh. hah nilah student, orang bagi cuti panjang kata 'pishang' kat rumah la apa la. bagi cuti kejap pulak,   rasa malas nak masuk uni balik sbb dah seleysa kat rumah. ye ke idok?? Padahal assignment tengah menuggu tu. Ehh chop.. macam terkena kat diri sendiri je apa yang aku cakap tadi. hehehe. okok jom usha entry aku kali ni eh. baca tau jangan tak baca.

okay lets get started..


Alright, competitive advantage is a product or service that a customer place a greater value on it. An organization offering the same product as a competitor but their added something that make the product special than the competitors



for example :





I'm know that everyone have heard this slogan "Now everyone can fly".  Air Asia is the first airlines that introduced a low cost and cheap flight tickets over 100 destination across Asia. Air Asia is the first-mover advantage . It occur when an organization impact its market share by being first to market with a competitive advantage. 





There is 3 tools used in industry to analyse and develop competitive advantage.


  1. Porter's 5 forces model



  • Buyer power
          - high when buyer have many choices
          - low when buyer have few choices

        There is 2 way to reduce buyer power through :

          1) Loyalty program - Rewards customers based on the amount of business
              they do with a particular organization.
          2) Switching cost - Cost that can make customer refused to change or switch 
              to another product or service.

  • Supplier power
           - High when buyer have few choices
           - Low when buyer have many choices
           - Supplier chain :



                                                                                        




            - Business to business (B2B) marketplace is a internetbased service that 
               brings together many buyers and sellers. There is 2 types of B2B:

                   a. Private exchange is a buyers open its needs and open bidding to any 
                       supplier who would care to bid with a low price.
                   b. Reverse auction is an increasing lower bids are solicited from 
                       organizations willing to supply the desired service or product 
                       at an increasingly lower price.

  • Threat of new entrants
              - high when it is easy for new competitors to enter a market
              - low when it is barriers to enter the market
              - entry barriers is a product or service feature that customers have come to
                expert from organization to compete and survive.

  • Rivalry among existence competitors
          - high when competition is fierce in a market.
          - low when competition is more complacent.

Do you know what is IT? or have you heard about it? 

Okay let me explain. Nowadays IT is everywhere. It is important for business to do innovation and by understanding IT provides great insight to anyone learning about business. IT is use to manage and process the information. There is different between technology and information technology. Technology is more to gadget such as computer, laptop, handphone and etc. Meanwhile Information technology is a field concerned with the use of technology in managing and processing the information

Management information system is a business function similar to :





Information Technology Basis :

- Data : raw facts that can't describe its meaning
- Information : data that converted into meaningful and useful info.
- Business Intelligence :application that used to support decision making



IT Resources : 



*people use IT to work with information


IT Culture :

  •  Information-Functional Culture - Use information as means exercising influence or power over others.
  • Information-Discovery Culture - Employees across departments are open to new insight about radical  and crises changes and seek ways to create competitive advantages.
  • Information-Inquiring Culture - Employees across departments search for information to better understand the future and align themselves with current trends and new directions.
  • Information-Sharing Culture - Employees across departments trust each other to use information. This will help to improve the organization in term of performance.

Newbie here ...





Korang nampak kan gambar kat atas ni? 
hah macam tu laa aku sekarangg. Seriously sama weh haha. 
hah hah fikir apa tu? mesti ingat aku putus cinta laa tu. 
Hello sis bahagiaa okayyyy!! hah maroh marohh. haha. 
Okaylah gua cegite kat korang. 
Tapi cegite aku ni takda la sehebat drama-drama melayu pukul 7 yang iklan je 
memanjang kat tv3 tu.. 

whoop.. gua dah melalut terox nauuu ni dohh haish. 
maaf la ye kadang2 bahasa aku ni tak menentu. dia pun ada mood okay. 
kadang2 rempitz kadang2 mcm makcik2 kadang2 terlebih sangat melakau nye. 
Almaklum la sis ni anak jati melaka. bersabau jela ye ke idok. haha
aku saje je cakap mcm tu. kau watlek watpeace je eh. 
layann je cerita aku ni. 

hah aku baru nak start laa ni

first time la masuk kelas IT ni. 
then bila aku tengok Madam Azzura masuk je aku dah fuhhhh. 
comel nye lect ni tapi macam garang je
*cakap dalam hati la. 
then lagi la aku terkejut bila assignment lain daripada lain wehh. 
mula2 aku cuak laa. 
yela weh aku taktahu satu apa pun pasal blog ni weh. seriouss. 
Plus mati kutu taktahu nak tulis apa, nak buat ayat mcm ni. 
Yela sis bukannya dak2 blogger ni. Twitter pun dah lama berhabuk tau. 
Ni kan blog pulak. Tu yang aku letak gambar kat atas tu. 
Acah2 frust je tapi senanya aku ni ilek je cool je. 
Haha sado kan hehehe
tapi sebaik ada kawan yang ajar aku. hehe tq beb. 
tahu la sikit2 nak berblog-ing ni hah. 

kesimpulan, 
hah jangan la nak gelabah sangat pa'in oi *chillex cool je okay
Belum buat lagi dah give up dah.  
Buat dulu, rasa dulu then baru laa tahu macam mana kann.
